seen a few of these - the new router does seem to have issues with very low SNR readings creating constant stale sessions (which in theory will go away once the FW rollout on the exchanges is complete)

If the rollout has not happened by 15th December it will be next year. There is a Network Freeze as from that date. (could be 14th not quite sure)
