NABBA Worlds | Thread profile

Hi Ladies, Thought some of you might be interested to see some old fashioned type figure competition from the Nabba Worlds recently. This is the overall winner (from Brazil), and there are more pics (and some big guys) at the link. http://www.worldfitnessfederation.de...a_p_wm_08.h tml I really love Nabba figure.

I think in most organizations she'd be considered too lean and muscular for figure, right? I really like her look. Looks like how figure USED to be in most organizations. There's a figure comp here July 26...I may go to watch...I'm curious as to how the figure competitors will look.

Gorgeous! i love the look of the figure athletes there!

and i just wanted to add that i didnt even know NABBA had bodybuilding, i thought it was only figure and fitness. Weird though, i didnt see one black bb'er and i have never seen that many torn pecs on bodbuilders in the same show. Lots of really blocky waistes as well. (cutler would have a small waist LOL) and i after lookin at the figure a little, i definately want to restate that ...

God the NPC would be shitting themselves if Figure chicks showed up looking like that! Ha ha they want us fat now, oh wait I mean "athletic"

Hulk, Figure 2 is short class, Figure 1 is tall. I was surprised by the men in that show.... I think traditionally Nabba awards size. I don't know why there seems to be no physique class (fbb) at the Worlds this year. I'm not sure - I'd compare this more to the Olympia, but NABBA does run the Universe (Arnold was Nabba Mr Universe ) as well. In Nabba figure here you can...

My good buddy CJ got third at the Worlds ( Class 1 ) .... Extremely satisfyling accomplishment ! So proud of her

I think I'm the last US competitor sent to NABBA World's (2003 in Scotland) - it was a very interesting experience. Unfortunately, I'd done too many contests in a row by the time I went to the World's, and I'd definitely lost some muscle from all the dieting. I loved the other women competing - they were BUILT! And just awesome, helpful competitors.
