Okay, lets say I mill a portion of my opponents library (with say Glimpse th Unthinkable or Jace Beleren ) if Gaea's Anthem is in the cards I mill, can I in response to the Anthem tap and sac a Tormod's Crypt to remove the anthem and the rest of the graveyard from the game? Or will the anthem resolve first?

It will resolve first, removing all of the cards in the graveyard from the game, then the Blessing's ability will resolve and the player will shuffle his or her (now empty) graveyard into his or her library (which is essentially ...

Assuming you mean Gaea's Blessing (always check your cards!), you can use Tormod's Crypt in response to the triggered ability from the Blessing. The ability from the Crypt will resolve first, removing the graveyard from the game and the Blessing trigger will not do anything.

Just to find out if there's any misunderstandings, why would you think Gaea's Blessing would resolve before the activated ability from Tormad's crypt resolve?

I don't know why, but most people I play with in RL try to do their best to convince me that something resolves before something else, like the above scenario. Having proof to support me helps ya know.
