Hybrid's are a lot cheaper.

I recently got my hybrid back on the road recently and am really having fun with it. I don't feel pressured to go fast like when I'm on my road bikes. Plus I can just hop on the hybrid with whatever I'm wearing. It's like being a kid again. Though, I wouldn't do a 50+ mile ride with it. But for riding with the family and commuting, it's perfect.
