I am trying to make a rhubarb-banana cobbler. The top-dough calls for rolled oats and it says not quick-cooking oats. But I only have the quick cooking ones at home. In case I use them, will the dough be to soft? Thank you! Renate

The only difference in them is how finely they are cut. I use them interchangeably all the time so I would say to go for it. Karen
