So BIS doesn't work with Outlook Web Access 2007. Also, corporate e-mail doesn't allow for rule-based fowarding. This is true of my company too. So this phone is essentially useless for my work e-mail, correct?

BIS does indeed work with 2007. I had my Pearl on TMO since last April and could not connect to OWA. In Dec, RIM or MS fixed something and it has worked. Does you company employ a custom front end for OWA? Go to the RIM website and search the support page for "BIS and Exchange 2007". You'll see plenty information there.

There is no custom front end and I'm using AT&T. When I type in the address or the IP to my server, I am met with a message that says it cannot connect to the server the first two times I try. The third time, it says 'an error occurred.' Sometimes it will even go as far as to switch to the 'loading...' screen before then giving me the error. Is there anything that can be done? I'm ...
