Dear all, how can I delete a file amr/wav/txt in C drive as well as in memory card ? (OR) Is it possible to make it empty / truncate (size 0) just like the unix truncate command - bash$ :> new.txt ? Thanks Deepak.G

Hi Deepak, Use the Os module . It has many such functions. For deleting a file, Code: import os os.remove(path) #path is the file to be deleted Best Regards, Croozeus

Or you can write paste your code between [ CODE ] and [ /CODE ] - without the spaces. When you use it to post code it appears like this.
