Fri 29th feb 08 Squats 44(20)x10 132(60)x5 220(100)x5 Feels heavy 286(130)x1 352(160)x3,3,3 first set was decent form, others **** Front squat 44(20)x10 132(60)x5 220(100)x5,5, Couldnt manage another set, real bad form on both sets, really feel exhausted and knackered Left it there, im knackered. im falling asleep as i type this :'(

Nice one! After BDFPA finals I'll be getting a pair of squating boots from pullums. Am tempted to do so before but think its best not to mess about with a comp so soon.

wed 5th march 2007 Started off in the powercage as gym was empty!! 20x10 60x5 80x5 100x3 FARK ME, keep banging my arms and cutting my fingers racking the weight, bugger this ill do them free and risk it! Set up some chair with plates on next to the bench incase i fail lmao! 120x2 Had to dump the 3rd rep, this setup really dosent work, i cant get in my position ...

What were you doing with the first exercise, bench press? Can't say I've ever had trouble in a cage No funny one legged kettlebell flips or similar yet this week... but what will Friday hold?

haha, the cage is a very narrow dodgey one! impossible to bench in there! with my grip anyway. no funny exercises. tomrrow holds 165kg 3x3 on squats :D in my new shoes

You're still dropping very fast which looks to be upsetting your balance at the bottom, and still driving with the legs, then the back. Watch it a few times and it should be obvious what I mean.
