WTF does Epherine raise BP?? | Thread profile

Im getting sick and tired of my damn BP issue. It was high, and im not really on shit right now, so i've been backing off stress,eating cleaner, taking lots of good supps,garlic,coq10,humanofort,all vitamins,etc....everything and bp was looking better. Was staying around 135/78. So weighting 250lbs I know is the problem, and I wanna cut to around 220ish b/c im around 16ish% right now b/c and just...

Yohim and ephed are both stimulants so yes it stand sto reason they would raise BP. If it were me with all these issues bro I would stay away from all that shit and just be healthy. Do the garlic, humanoforte etc, and stay away from the other stuff. Adjust your diet and do some cardio. Time for a lifestyle change.

First: are you using the larger cuff to check your BP? A normal size cuff is almost always inaccurate on larger muscular arms. Second: I believe hawthorne berry can significantly lower BP.

Yah im using the large size cuff that fits all arms made by walgreens/homedics. Its an automatic bp monitor. This just sucks b/c I dont wanna go off everything. I mean sure, stop big cycles,etc.. but a damn ec stack, man i'll feel helpless lol

ephedrine AND caffeine will raise your blood pressure. They are stimulants as oldfella said and cause blood vessels to constrict.

Damn Bro, Don't take this the wrong way, but you need to maybe chill with all the supplements. You posted you have high Blood Pressure and Heart issues recently. In the last few days you posted starting up EC and wanting to and Y and try usnic acid. Bro ECY will cause enormous increase in BP. It appears your doing the opposite of what your suppose to be doing.
