Hey, you're looking great. By the way, how much weight are you doing in the leg press picture?

I would lay off o the ibuprofen. (acetometaphen sp??) That can kill a liver in days to weeks with continuous use. Also, we know what that does for protein synthesis and prostaglandin response. I'd opt for high dose fishoil, quercetin & bromelain, tumeric, hylluronic acid etc... much safer.

Hey Heinz looking really good. I noticed your knees with the wraps on that leg press pic. Do you like that wrap set up? It looks open and breathable at the kneecap, but does it give you the support you need? Hey whats' the weight on that sled? Over 1,000 pounds I know, but by how much? Looking good Big H, and working with Palumbo is going to get you very shredded. You don't look flat to me at all in the pics and actually this is the best you've looked to me this far out. You've been open with your cycles before in the past. I'd love to hear what you 're doing this time around if you care to share.
