progesterone #'s I went for my first beta on Tuesday(16DPO) and it came back 682. My progesterone was 30. I had b/w today(19DPO) and my beta was 1811. My progesterone was 16.5. This still falls within normal range and my RE was not concerned. However, I am a little concerned. Has anyone had their progesterone drop like this or be low to begin with and not been supplemented? ...

I only had my progesterone checked once & it was 16.5. I was worried because so many people seem to have higher numbers or say they got supplements...or that their doc gives progesterone for anything under 20. My doc wasn't worried & said it was normal. Now I'm doing well in my 2nd trimester To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 10 or greater. You ...

My doc will supplement if the progesterone is under 15. Even though it can fluctuate a bit, progesterone is supposed to increase during PG, so a large drop, especially from 30 to 16.5, can indicate possible CL failure, which could mean that the progesterone could continue to decrease to dangerously low levels. My first progesterone was about 16, the second about 17, the 3rd ...

Thank you ladies for your responses. I get my hcg adn progesterone tested again on Wednesday so if the numbers are low or have dropped at all I was going to get started on supplements. Should I be concerned before then??? __________________ Married to DH since Sept. 2000 Me 34 DH 33 DS#1- 5yrs old, DS#2- 3yrs old(no meds) TTC #3 since 12/06 Round 1-4 Clomid...

This pregnancy I have had two progesterone checks, 1 week apart and they we 24.6 and 25.6. My Dr said it was great but for peace of mind (I have had 5 losses) she gave me prometrium, 100 mg 2x daily. Not a high dose but it does reassure me. __________________ To view links or images in signatures your post count must be 10 or greater. You currently have 0 posts....
