Can someone please tell me if week 1 starts on the 1st day of your last period or the first day of conception?

Replying to: when does your PG "week" start? The baby is due 40 weeks after your last period, or approximately 38 weeks after conception. Since most women know the date of their period, that is usually the date you go by. Hope this helps!
