Do not use a positioner! The rep from the consumer product safety commision just left my house b/c we reported an unsafe positioner and they will be recalling it. We bought the munchkin sleep positioner, and put it under the sheet. We also swaddle him before bed so he can't flop out of it and we place the positioner down far by his hips so there is nothing anywhere near his face. It's worked really well for 4 months.
