To be fair to the kid, finding a coach/lifting team isn't easy, especially outside countries where strength sports aren't so big. Fuzzy you got a coach by virtue of the fact that you were naturally very strong, am I right? The less talented among us couldn't hope for such luck. Ah I gottcha. HAHAHA, just lookin out for you big guy!! I do speed squats as well. I feel they strengthen the hips very nicely as well as the legs so as to provide great leg drive when benching. Keep up the good work!
