This is embarrassing but I actually called the paramedics last night. I was sitting on the computer on this site when I felt a hot flush across my chest and pains on the left side. I was clammy and uncomfortable. This is sad but if you are not transported the visit is free (I cannot afford any more hospital bills!). The paramedic was fantastic. diana, sounds like you got a little peace of mind talking to the paramedic, I'm glad that he was able to help you. HUGS Since surgery I've had more problems with panic attacks, and I worry some about the hot flashes you describe because I'd probably think heart attack because mine usually involve heart racing, sweating, ect. ugh Ruth

A few days after I cam home from the hospital, I had the same thing happen to me. I have had a history of panic attacks but haven't had one in over a year. I had one that night and I also feel more anxious/ panicky since my surgery. I was told that the trauma to my body from the surgery can really throw your body off. In my case, my anxiety has escalated again.... hopefully it will get ...

Diana .. don't be embarrassed .. I did the same thing .. actually DH did They came, took my vitals .. everything was good .. I was clamy running a low grade fever .. felt so bad I didn't even want to talk ... I started feeling better as they were there talking to me (I was only a few weeks Post-Op). They would have taken me if I wanted, but decided I'd hang in there and sure enough I felt ...
