Ive seen the transformation Portuguese coach José Rachão's has done first hand in Al Arabi football club in Kuwait. He took a team which never won in the league, all draws and made them into a attack flowing team. He replaced the older players with players from the u-19 team and all of a sudden the team started to play decent football. My hat or in Kuwait we'd say ghitra is off to this coach.
