Ok so hears the deal, i have a Zen Vision W and ive had it since x-mas. now i can transfer files onto it with ease but the problem comes when i try to transfer files back onto my computer. it stars to copy them then the little progress window closes and nothing happens. my friend has a Zen Vision: M and he can transfer files back and forth just fine so I'm assuming my player has something wrong ...
