This is the same guy who offered a million dollars to anybody who could disprove the Swift Boaters and when presented with proof, reneged. Oh, yeah, and he was one of the heaviest contributers to the Swift Boaters back in the day. He supported Bush, he endorsed Rudy and he's licking his chops at the prospect of profits from selling off water in the Ogallala Aquifer ...

I think he has even another angle too ... he wants to reduce the consumption of natural gas by wind and solar ...OK fine, but then he wants the "saved" natural gas to be available for further oil extraction from fields that are more difficult to pump.
