You can file a non performing seller report against her and leave her a negative. I would advise you to wait on doing those 2 things until after you are fully refunded. wow that happened to me yesterday. I paid as soon as the auction was over and she sent the money right back and relisted the auction today for $15.00 higher. I really wanted that and I watched it for days I'm so disappointed

Yet another case of a seller pull out.I met opening bid with a max bid twice the value.If you want a minimum set a reserve!Bid $70 with a max bid up to $140 only to see my bid erased by the seller.Whst gives? Icannot retract a bid so why can seller reject a bid?

I bought a BIN auction, and the guy backed out of the sale. I filed all those silly disputes, and nothing happened, accept form letters, bla, bla, bla. Ebay, still made money off the sale, so they don't care. Also, with the new feedback policy, seller no longer care, about negative feedback. Just leave a neg and move on.

They will not do anything for one complaint. They never punish someone for just one of about anything. BUT if all buyers that this is done to file reports and leave negs, there's a good chance the seller will be suspended, or at least restricted from selling, if they continue. Snowfeather is right. It comes down to this Crooks can do whatever they want here on Ebay. Not sell you what you won, not buy what they agreed to buy. All you can do is have a very lame, dispute with youreself. Im sorry this happened to you. More and more, Ebay is on the side of the crook.

You don't have to read many threads on these boards, to know that sellers, especially the ones who daren't rely on their own merits, DO care very deeply about negative feedback. Is there anything that I can do? Make sure you escalate the dispute to a claim with PayPal if you have not already done so and are still awaiting a refund. And file a report for seller non-performance, now.
