Are some people just born extremely smart? Do we "inherit" intelligence? Are we not the product of our mothers and fathers? Or are we completely different? If the smartest man in the world, and the smartest woman in the world were to have children, wouldn't their babies be geniuses too? Or, at the least, wouldn't their children have more genetic potential to become geniuses than...

intelligence is relative, as your quote mentions. and while ones aptitude may be inherited from parents, its not a race thing at all. just because ignorant people, susceptible to racist views, enjoy touting commonalities with those who are exemplary doesnt mean they actually have anything relevant in common with them.

Depends on the situation but in the Macro there are differences between the races based on enviroment, conditions, and social situations. So it isnt so much genetical as it is cultural.
