anybody get any tips for me....? any of u ladies recently had a nursery nurse interview ? soooooooo nervous to be honest HAD THE INTERVIEW AND IT WENT VERY VERY WELL, WILL FIND OUT IF I GET IT BY THE END OF THE WEEK - FINGERS CROSSED ..BIG HUGS TO TRACY2 FOR HELPING ME _________________

ok with clothes question, is it just a interview or do you need to spend some time in one of the rooms? if just normal interview i would just wear black trousers and just white shirt or top keep it simple if you dont have a suit. if you have to spend some time with children in room wear something lose but comfortable. they will ask you about your experience and activities and what ...

not had an interview at a nursery before but had one recenntly for an office job (that i got lol) I know its not gonna be a formal job but id still go in a suit tbh. Gives a good inpression and looks professional. Act confident in what you know, dont sit with your arms folded or hunched over. Also have eye contact with person your talking to. Make sure you're up to speed on the Birth - 3 Matters, Foundation Stages etc. Try and think of lots of different types of play/activities because they may give you a scenario. You could take some examples of the types of activities you organised in your previous settings, stuff like that Good luck hun _________________
