I'm wondering if mixing a 16 ounce diet and 16 ounce regular green tea will cut the calories of the regular one in half?

Replying to: mixing diet and regular green tea I think a better way of restricting calories from sweetened drinks or juices is not to drink them rather then replacing one junk with another. But if your aim is to lose weight read further. There has been some scientific study that suggests that artificial sweeteners interfere with your natural ability to judge the calories in food....
