Hello I drink a lot of milk 3+ pints a day of skimed milk but i would like to find out more about drinking milk and bodybuilding also if i should cut down or stop if i am bodybuilding

I personally think it's fine. There are people who disagree but I haven't found any problems with it yet. It's given me some of my best gains.

One word of warning, dairy products CAN cause acne. My friend got it real bad, but I have no problems. I drink 4 gallons a week.
