I know someone is going to point me to the wiki, but I've searched. How does the number plates work for the NSX? Does every year start at 0, or did they just restart at 0 in 1997?

If you knew the check digit and the tranny, you could almost just find the car. If it were a manual, something like: JH4NA115#MT000063, where # has to be 0-9 or X. Something like that.
