I just tried a sachet for the first time today. Had a Brilliant workout, felt so full of energy, all my muscles were way more pumped than usual. Lift's weren't noticably stronger, however last few reps of didn't feel like so much of a challenge, even though my muscles told me they were (If you've any idea what i'm on about). Cardio session was great.. Overall I'm Totally tanked. Bad point ...
