dorian yates nox pump | Thread profile

hi guys i know this has been talked about before,but i have just recieved some samples of dorian yates nox pump how long before training should i take it and is it really that potent? does it normally smell like puke!!!! training chest and triceps at 7,so see how it goes!

i find if you rub it on your nutZ bout 25-30 mins before workout it works best... bestof luck

in all seriousness post up how it goesfor you.. im taking hydroxycut which is supposed to give a boost, and it does.. not a huge one tho.. but it is discernible...

Personally i would not take them so late,i took mine around 12 midday and was up all night tossing.....ahem.. and turning,but each to there own
