Let's see. Two guys who are top 5 at their positions and 1 who is top 10. Solid roleplayers. Good coach (won coach of the year before) in spite of what some say. Defense and chemistry are the great equalizers...I can't believe you compared them to DALLAS. A team that couldn't defend a starting five of you me GoBB Knoe Johnny Sic. Or even Denver. The big thing is...they play in the East. Not ...

We both know that hype contributues to whatever the general consensus is. Hype is a part of the game. I don't care what people were saying about guys like Manu when they were the hot thing at the moment. Bottom line is...Pierce was considered top 10 for a long time, led his team to a conference finals appearance. Had a few years on a bad team. We're talking about a guy who went toe to toe with ...

It was a 40 or 41 win team people thought would suck. They played hard and suprised some people. Doesnt make him a great coach. I doubt hed have finished top 20 in any kind of best coaches poll before now. And my thoughts on ...

They played defense, all year, every game. They fought hard all year for the best record in the league and got the home court advantage. Without home court no rings IMO. Without awesome defense no rings. Playing team D leads to a tight team with no BS. You don't have guys standing by watching thier teammate get beat and thinking that it makes themselves look better. On paper, there are ...
