alright...ive got a few questions about the whole making ringtones deal. i have mp3 direct cut... i can cut the tone...save it...open it back up in mp3 direct cut and it works...it is saved as a .mpd file so would this work if i got it on my phone or would i need to convert it to .mp3 somehow? also..i have a slvr l7 with itunes i was told that i can transfer the ringtone ( that is ...

Keep trying to find P2KTools; I find it the easiest app to load ringtones; thru the data cable. It also allows you to reset the db files after you add/delete tones so you don't get hung on the phone menu...

@apfendler06 hey there is a new version of p2kman that will specificly just search for and load the pics and tones for quick modding. check this thread out. i never could get p2ktools to recognize my phone, i wish it would i would like to try it out. you can also delete the mytone.db in p2kman also. the phone actually replaces the file on reboot. heres a link to that thread. ...
