Well, I dunno if the PE's and Hiren's are legal, but those are really good. When I used to be the Senior Tech at a large customer contract, I created two different BartPE disks for the other support tects and myself to use. My disk consisted of purchased and licensed software used for data recovery, partition resizing, and other less often used utilities. We only purchased one copy of each program so I controlled the use of them by only having the one disk that I used....
