I'm 5' 8", weighed in at 14st 3lbs on Friday and took these pictures this evening. They're not great and I already know my chest and legs could use a little more size, but I'm working on it. Not sure what my bodyfat is... maybe 15%? Anyway, let me know what you think

some good parts mate arms look thick look to have some good mass on quads areas for development: chest...what are you doing for that? hair, its fine if you do porn or are actually a real viking, if not give it a little snip

LOL @ hair. For some reason, my arms are an easy part for me to train. See what I meant in the other thread about the triceps responding well to what overtrain other people? For my chest, I do an alternating pattern:- Week 1 Incline DB press 3 x 8 Bench Press 3 x 8 Superset EZ Bar Pullover/Incline DB flye Week 2 Incline Bench Press 3 x 8 Flat DB Press 3 x 8 Superset ...

increase your reps on bench and recruit the chest from your pics it looks like you are benching with triceps over chest open it up, recruit it with a load you can handle for 12 reps look to wide dips, again using the chest and less tris and finish with some form of isolations to boot laod that, plateau and changeback to something with lower reps with the form you have now learned
