Hmm... now I'm applying for various jobs, and almost all of them want me to complete an application form as a Word doc and email it in. And they want so much detail! You're in the UK, right? Can they ask you that, legally? When I used to hire, I couldn't even ask if a potential bartender/waitress had children. Trust me, their sexual orientation, even if I couldn't figure it out in an eye blink, meant nada. xx I always deserve it. Really. Post Extras:
