The price of a gallon of gasoline dropped to under $4.00 in my neighborhood! As of this morning (10:00 AM CDT), the price of one gallon was posted at $3.989! Down from $4.09 ! The number of van pools (10-15 people@) at CDC has gone from 6 to 8 three years ago to 40-50 now. It's FREE - it's a no brainer !! ... even if you only ride 3 days a week (minimum). and they announce another 2 - 4 New ones forming each week ! We drive 8 miles round trip to the pickup spot (Lowes) and back, if we drive to CDC it's 34 miles ! One gallon of gas ...
