I'm currently training for an endurance competition in May 07, it will consist of bench bwx10reps 9reps 8reps 7reps and so on all the way down to 1 total of 55 reps, hang clean 3/4 body weight x 10, 9, so on Dead lift 1.5 bw x 10,9 so on in the fastest time. Got back in from Orlando yesterday had a great time. 10-23 Lifting today at Orlando BB Squat 275x3x3 Got em all I think depth was ok, but not as low as I normally go.
