definately interested.. but the lack of install /backup CD doesn't seal the deal.. why is there no CD? are you keeping it for yourself obviously? Can I use the CD's I have for my iMac on the macbook? or is that not *legal*?

lol, nay worries. Thing is, there isnt a lot of point in Apple boxing up and shipping an Intel version, or a UB rather when it has been on all of their Intel machines they have shipped. Where as of course the retail version of Leopard will be UB.

It's a lovely machine, and I am looking for a Macbook, but I've been looking at the white 1.83 that might be updated soon and that would be cheaper brand new than yours. I'm not in anyway trying to lowball you or say that your price is unfair, just that you asked for feedback and I thought I would tell you my reason for not being interested. hmm.. right.. so if i happened to buy this macbook without any restoer cd's, and for some reason I have to restore the OS - then what? can't buy retail tiger - dont know anyone who would *lend* their copy.. seems a bit pointless? unless you hope the book lasts till next spring for when leopard arrives?
