Please help... This machine has been badly infected. Is there anything I can do short of a complete Re-install? I can not get Malwarebytes, SDfix, or Superspyware to install. I can't even get a HijackThis log. I was able to get Kaspersky online scan to run. Recovery Console installed... ComboFix will not run. It gives me a Secuity Warning with an option to run, but When I hit run it does nothing.

Can you run any exe file? Try re-running it, you may not have given it enough time... post back if nothing happens at all after 5 minutes (if a blue window pops up it may be slow but it is running).. This post has been edited by Mike : Yesterday, 02:36 PM

That's why I asked in my first post Download the attached text file. Open the file with notepad. In Notepad click on the "File" menu > Save As... Yes, I saved previous txt to a .reg file. When I click on daft.com it gives me nothing to select. Gives message "All Associations are ok" ComboFix still wont run
