I read the tutorial about the recovery console. My computer came from the store pre loaded with Windows and I haven't got a disk. Is there any other way to install it? Rest evrything is ok now. Thanks. Jack

Yes , but you will need the combofix tool. If it was deleted install the new version before proceeding. Go to Microsoft's website => http://support.microsoft.com/kb/310994 Select the download that's appropriate for your Operating System Download the file & save it as it's originally named, next to ComboFix.exe.
