Warning: Images of heavily bloodshot eyes below On Thursday I paid a very nice gentlemen to shoot me multiple times with a laser. For kicks and giggles, I asked him to shoot me in the eye, just to see what happened. End result? The procedure caused a lot of bruising, soreness, stinging and blurred vision. Side-effects included 20/20 vision, and the disappearance of old glasses....

What was the cost like? I'm seriously considering getting this done at some point. Contacts bug me and I'm sick of cleaning my glasses.

Same here, but with contacts, I've thought about getting it dobe, but I admit it, I'm a scaredy cat =(.

The procedure cost $4590.00, so it wasn't cheap. I am going to be paying that off for a few years, absolutely. I had it done through TLC, one of the more reputable companies. They did Tiger Woods' eyes (he is their poster boy, I suppose). The procedure was really easy. The entire correction took only 10-15 minutes for both eyes. The most uncomfortable part was making the corneal flap...

I got this done about 2.5 years ago. Doing this was one of the best decisions I made in my life. Quote: The most annoying part is the drops. You can't fall behind, as it's critical for the healing process. And really the fact that this was the only annoying part is fantastic.
