Is anyone using acid/soundforge on a mac with bootcamp or vmware fusion? Im about to get a macbook for use with Acid, Soundforge and Vegas, and i think it should fly, but i have heard that under parralells that the keys change? ie: zoom etc is now in a diff place? - is this the case - anyone successfully using it?

Dunno, but when I finally get a MBP that works, installing WinXP and Soundforge is one of the first things I'm gonna do with it....

Just got a Macbook and its wicked. The one thing i miss is soundforge, downloaded audacity and its nowhere near as good. Anybody recommend some other programmes i could try? Everything Windows work 100% with Bootcamp (Acid, Nuendo, 3D Max etc...). It's as good as using a genuine PC, no difference. On the other hand, Parallel etc... suck CPU power big time. I have tested both Combo - over two weeks, and I wouldn't consider using Parallel, unless it was for the OCCASIONAL application(s). Also, not everything work as advertised with Parallel, many apps cock-up ...

Thanks So bootcamp with soundforge/acid etc, all the key commands for pc are the same? and ASIO works fine?? I suppose the only problem is that you have to reboot for OSX> ?
