I just ordered a Dan Wesson bobtail in 10mm. Commander length, 37 oz, night sights, stainless, front stap checkering. Well fit gun for the money. The other DW's are nice too, very good values for the money. I generally carry a 686 2 1/2" revolver or my 1911. The full size gun is just too hard to carry easily when it gets warmer in my area...southern New Mex.. I felt felt the ...

I had a s/a micro that was nothing but problems.I've had 3 springfield 1911's and currently have one.I have shot several para's and they were great when they ran. I had a colt commander that had more problems than all of my other 1911's put together, but once straightened out was nice.My best 3 1911's have been Norinco's-one with a kart barrel is unreal. If I were looking for an easy ...

I have the Kimber CDP II and the Para Carry 12. You can't go wrong with any of these pistols. Customer service is great. The CDP II was the first pistols my wife and I purchased. Who would figure a Kimber having ftf issues. Well with all my luck, mine had issues and my wifes pistol was eating them like no tomorrow. Well I sent it in and Kimber had it back to me the same week. (4-days) plus gave me two mags for my troubles. Same with my...

Just a thought on the Para's having such quality problems. I was looking to get the new Para LDA also, and one of the factors in that decision was hearing that they were awarded a contract by the US Marines to be their next combat pistol. Anyone else hear this too? Wound up buying a Dan Wesson instead after getting a good price on it.
