Well in the next 2 or 3 weeks im going to be applying for my CCW and my weapon of choice is gonna be a 1911 untill the end of the year when I hope to find a nice bersa thunder 9 or 380 to use. I plan to get a fanny pack along with a holster. Anyone care to recommend a decent and inexpensive 1911 holster?

Never used that DeSantis holster. In Southeast Texas, it gets hot and humid most of the year...inside the pants is the LAST PLACE I want a steel firearm! Sweat city. That said, every DeSantis holster I have is very high quality. I am sure their IWB stuff is as good as their other holsters. If you don't like it, I'll bet they'll take it back.
