config.php is there and configured (copied directly to the file from step 3) and I have tried 3 different permissions on it. 'lib-modernbill/include/config' is writable (777). When I try to go beyond step 3, I get: "Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required '' (include_path='.:/apache/libexec/php4ext/php/') in path_to_mb_v5.3.1/lib-modernbill/include/config/co nfig.php on line 335"...
