does anyone own this book?? saw it in the book store today and it looked quite interesting...appeared to be similar to pumping iron

Ya I ordered it off Amazon and returned it. Its more of a bio of west coast bodybuilding really. All the boys from that era speak of it and reflect.

Well...yes IMO...I thought it was a training book more so. I skimmed through it and didnt like what i saw so I returned it.

Got it last year more for the historical value than as a training book, which it is NOT, and which I knew at purchase. I like the old photos and comments by Draper. If you're interested in the history of BB around that time it is VERY good. IMHO Bob
