After listening to Bob's weekly radio show and the words of Kamali and Milos, I'm curious what everyone thinks of Shawn Ray. I realize that he has his charity golf thing for kids and everything, but is Shawn Ray really a good guy? 1 to 10 scoring system. On the one end, 1 is that he is an a__hole. On the other end, 10 is that he's a great guy.

Dosent matter if he is a nice guy or not. Sometimes you have to be a dick to get ahead. The guy does good things and he stands up for what i believe so i like him.

I watched a video of him, and sent him an email with some questions. As others said he has his opinions and stand up for them. Part of that is bringing change to pro bodybuilding, and anytime you try to change there are going to be people against you and will, in turn, probably not be too fond of you. In my opinion he's a great guy, he just speaks his mind.... which I happen to respect.
