dear homeolist, when I read snippets of the 4th organon, as posted on the homeolist, I get a feel that when H talks about not giving the same remedy, he is not referring to altered / unlatered potency (deviated doses by succusing, as in the case of 6th organon) but he is referring to the remedy itself. at some places (as in aph. 246 of the 4th organon) it becomes quite clear that H is talking ...

Hi Manish, And, while it's true that he put emphasis on those symptoms which are "strange, rare and peculiar", which I guess is the same as a "keynote" in a remedy, he also taught (and presumably practiced) an extremely full and detailed method of casetaking, which is not what is usually meant by "keynote prescribing".
