Does anybody what I can do to keep my parakeets from nibbling on my houseplants? They aren't poisonous plants and they really go at them...my plants are all dying!!! Any help would be appreciated.

Parakeets like to nibble on fresh greens (as you noticed!) Do you having them flying around and not in a cage? You didn't say how they had access. Attach freshly washed lettuce or the top leafy part of celery to their cage with a clothespin. They love it!

Substitute it with better quality seed feed. Go to Petco or PetsMart. Buy them millet branches hang them up in the cage, give more mirror toys.
