Well this issue keeps popping up and what I noticed is it is when I go above 55 on my volume it tends to happen, below that it doesn't shut itself off. Thanks for the heads up ruined. What i found out is one of my fronts speaker wire had come loose. I have to move my left front quite a bit because my 360 is in the little cabinet door to the right of it (see image below), so I move it to get the 360s power supply out.
