Fellow H & F folks. I haven't been posting much lately but I would like to share to you folks about this book I bought almost 2 months ago. It really delves in dieting to achieve muscle mass using food to mimic steroid. I've tried it and OMG does it work. My strength shot up, and I've gained obvious muscle mass. Here's an example, when I started this method, my dumbbell bench press was at 45 lbs...

See, this is where I get discouraged. Eating healthful foods, doing calisthenics, lifting dumbells a few times a week, running regularly... that's stuff I can do. But all this math shit that you have to deal with to look like that is REALLY intimidating to me.

Math = calorie counting and measuring precise amounts of protein/carb ratios and whatnot. I don't do it, but I really should.

Yeah, Ronnie Coleman is a cool guy. He is good to email aswell, i have emailed him a few times for advise on training and he always emails back. Stan reminds me of Kris Dim, both look good and big, but not mass monters like Jay and Ronnie. Do you think Jay will retain his title this year? Wolf looked shocking last year and i think will make a big impact this year. But you cant ...

I'm going to be on the lookout for this book because it addresses what is my main area of weakness--the lack of ability to set up and follow a good diet. While I try to maintain a healthy diet (and do a pretty good job of it), I still would like to make it better. Thanks for the heads up, Cabo. Once I get my hands on a copy, I'll post my thoughts on it.
