obviously im not super jacked up. i did gain 17 lbs this year though this summer i havnt and will not be getting any time to lift. what kind of mass should i be expecting to loose?

Change at home: 2 minutes Get there: variable Squat: 15-20 minutes Pull-ups: 5-10 minutes OR Deadlift: 15-20 minutes Overhead Press: 5-10 minutes OR Bench: 15-20 minutes Row: 5-10 minutes Get home: variable Change at home: 2 minutes We're looking at maybe 45 minutes when all is said and done as long as the gym is reasonably close.

Also, weighted pushups / body rows / pull-ups with a backpack. Or add weight to Pistols holding a backpack. Or make a sandbag for like $30-40 and play with that.

Or even simpler... While at home: 1 Pistols - 5x5 Bodyweight Glute-Ham Raise / One-legged Romanian Deadlifts with weighted backpack - 3x6 / 3x8 per leg 2 One-arm Pushup Work Body Rows / One-arm Body Row work 3 Sprinting 4 Handstand Pushups Pull-ups each will take you maybe 20 minutes total?
