Mrs. JR watched the internet intently to see any results as they were posted. She had several internet friends (mostly in the amateur catagories) competing in it. They all share the same trainer and have become friends, supporters of each other, share secrets/tips, etc. through a message board. Back to top

It's in March every year and always in Columbus. I'm pretty sure it's always the 1st Saturday too. I'll probably go next year and hopefully compete the year after. Back to top

Pretty good, thanks. I have a meet on March 17th. Today will be my last heavy workout before it. Then light stuff the rest of the week and then a full week of rest. I think there's 6 guys that I train with going, so it should be fun. I should get video of it to post. Back to top

It's in the rocking town of Modesto. I'm a little worried now since I spent the last 4 days being sick with some kind of digestive virus. I lost 5 lbs. I went in yesterday and got 2L of IV fluids. I'm still on a liquid diet which isn't good. It'll be interesting. I'm not sure what's up with this training cycle. I haven't been sick in a few years and I've gotten sick twice ...
