1. Is AT&T your carrier? If not did you delete the vendor.xml file? 2. Is your phone connected to your desktop? 3. Is Desktop Manager installed on your desktop? 4. Did you launch Desktop Manager-Application Loader?

When I try to search my PC for the "vendor.xml" files to delete them, it keeps telling me "No matches were found" What am I doing wrong?

You guys have inspired me......... I'm going to start trying to build themes. That way I can give back to all of you that are so helpful. Don't worry though, I'm much better with graphic design than I am with gadgets and electronic devices. hopefully I won't have to bother anyone until I need to learn how to post them. I can't wait to get started, but as always......... pesky ole' job ruins all the fun!!

If it will not let you delete the vendor file (for whatever reason) just move the vendor file out of the software package. Hope it helps.
